It is my honor to walk alongside you as you navigate your challenges and begin to find meaning in your experiences. Services
I serve adults, seniors, and youth over age 13, and also provide therapy for therapists.
I provide weekly/bi-weekly therapy or adjunctive therapy intensives.

- Finding your unique contribution to the world (vocational or personal)
- Trauma (including medical trauma) - I am an EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist and Certified EMDR Consultant and also use Lifespan Integration.

- I have training level 2 from the Gottman Institute.

I provide EMDR intensives and A Guide Back to You intensives as my schedule allows. If you already have a therapist and want an adjunct intensive, I may be able to fit you in even if my practice is full. Please call or email me if this is the case.
